Ordering:
- All orders will be fulfilled under your account, which has been assigned to you at the time of your registration. Every attempt will be made to ship orders that are received by 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST) on normal business days (Monday - Friday, excluding U.S. holidays) on the same or next day that the order is received contingent upon availability of resources to fill your order. There will be no refunds for shipping charges or handling fees due to delayed shipping.
Shipping:
- Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx (or competitive service determined by Vitalife Supplement unless otherwise requested. Next Day Air, Second Day Air, 3 Day Select are all available options. Orders will ship from California.
- Each order will be assessed with the published shipping charge for the particular zone, weight and size. You are responsible for this charge.
- No shipments will be made on any account that has become delinquent.
Cancellations:
- Orders can be cancelled prior to shipment. Shipment generally occurs at 2:00 PM PST Monday - Friday (excluding U.S. holidays).
- Orders can also be cancelled if they are on backorder.
- If a problem exists on an order, it may be cancelled, at our sole discretion, 48 hours after being placed if there is no response to messages left informing you of such an issue.
Returns:
- All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) issued by an authorized Vitalife Supplement representative. Product returned without this authorization may not be identifiable to process a return, or at our sole discretion may be refused.
- Product can be returned to Vitalife Supplement within 7 days of sale.
- Only unopen bottle will be accepted with all original packaging.
- All returns must be returned to Vitalife Supplement postage paid regardless of reason.
- Returns will not be accepted after 7 days after shipping, regardless of reason.
Refusals and Non-Deliverables:
- You are responsible for all shipping charges and return service charges on any refused order. We will credit your account for all merchandise less a 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges and handling fees will not be refunded on refused orders.
Damages:
- Vitalife Supplement will be held responsible for any damages that occur during shipment and will generally replace these orders free of charge. All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods.
